I don't have a Gedcom, but I do have a tree on Do you have any of the census pages with John and Matilda? By the time Louvina was 15 they were living in KY, but she and her sister Rachel were born in NC. The children thereafter were born in KY. I have census pages of their household from 1860, 1870 and 1880. Louvina (listed also as Levina and Levinia)is out of the household by 1880. Matilda died some time between 1880 and 1900, because on the 1900 Census John is living with his son, David and family.
If you're not currently using Ancestry, the census pages are also on I also found quite a few birth records for John and Matilda's kids born in KY on familysearch the other day. (Matilda is frequently listed as "Tilda". She is the daughter of James B. Lyttle of Virginia). James Lyttle and his wife died in KY, Harlan county, I believe, as Harlan county is on the border of VA.
We are descended from John and Matilda's youngest son, David. I cannot find a death record for John, although I think he died in Greenup Cty, nor can I find one for Matilda. Those two really have me stumped!
