Thank you. I've seen the post by pat wise and I agree with you. It seems that James Randolph and Mary Randolph were half brother and sister. These family trees can really get tangled and twisted. My Mother's goes back to the Sheltons of Shelton Laurel, NC and my Father's goes back to the Metcalfs of madison co.NC. My mother's(Shelton) and my father's(Metcalf) both tie back to David and Catherine Miller Shelton. David Shelton was the one that founded Shelton Laure, NC. I appreciate your information and I thank you very much.
