Hi Tracy,

My 4x great grandfather was William Hall (born abt 1802 in Hertford County, NC). It has been suspected that his father was a man named William Frazier, but there is no proof of this, I have his father currently as "unknown". His mother was Sally Sarah Hall (born abt 1806 in either Yancey or Guilford County, NC). I know that he was called "Billy" at times. This sounds like a possible match for your 4x gr grandfather. I have lots of other info to share/compare about this family.
