Jan,

This is Tom Hullett, is this the Sam Wilson that had the house/inn on Possum Trot Rd? Or is it another? Do you know the community that he is from?

Is he a decendent of Neddie Wilson that settled in the Riverside/Cane River section of Yancey Co on the west side?

Of course there were a number of Sam/Samuel Wilson as it was a family name.

I am a decendent of Neddie to James P to Gilbert to Thomas Oscar to Mary Lucinda Wilson Riddle to my mother Irene Chloe Riddle Hullett (Hughes & Whitson)
