Hi,
I'm still (since 1997) looking for death information on Lydia tilson Crain/Crane. She was married to Lewis Crain/Crane (of Yancey and Madison Counties) in abt. 1847 and was still alive in the 1900 Unicoi Census at age 80. We have been trying to find SOMETHING on her death for all this time and can't get anything. She is the d/o John and Mary Erwin Tilson of Washington (and then Unicoi) county.
In Tennesse death records, Lydia's death is not found in
1908 - 1912 in State of Tennessee.
1914 - 1916 in State of Tennessee
1914 - 1925 in Unicoi County, Tennessee
That leaves 1900-1907, 1913 (there are no records for 1913)
or after 1916 outside of Unicoi County.
If anyone has ANYTHING on this poor lost woman, I would be so grateful. I don't even care if it has to do with her death date or place. I'll take ANY info on her!! Please help us find something on her. Thanks so much in advance for ANY little tid-bit, Kelly
