To Lisa and Gail,

Gail, it is possible, eventhough my family are African Americans to be directly related to someone who is white. Everyone knows that a lot of slave masters tried to increase the field hands by impregnating the female slaves that they owned, therefore increasing the wealth of their planation without having to buy another slave.

That still makes us blood relatives no matter how you slice it.

I'm not light skinned for nothing. Someone dipped in the pot if you know what I mean.

My family were Mulattos. They didn't get that way by themselves or from the shores of Africa.

Lisa M. Pace, we still could be related. Keep looking.

Denise Roland Greenfield
