Laura Burton, was she a Young or Angel??

Laura Burton, wife of Alfred Burton was born in 1857. Alfred & Laura are buried in the Burton Cemetery on Lickskillet. I am finding conflicting info about her maiden name.
Does anyone have this family. Was she an Angel or a Young???
Was there maybe a first marriage?? She and Alfred got married in 1875, so if there was a first marriage it was short.
Yancey County death index shows the death of Laura A. Burton with same date as tombstone, April 16, 1942. States that she is daughter of Alec Angel and Miss? Gardner.
Marriage record of Laura to Alfred Burton has maiden name as Young.
Death certificates of two of her children show her maiden name to be Young.
I find no Laura Young in the 1860 census but do find a Laura Angel of the right age. she is daughter of Daniel A. Angel and Eliza.
Someone please help.
Sandra
