Correction: Jay Swaim's first wife was Lucinda "Lucy" but may have not been Morgan.
Reviewing my notes I recorded that Jay and Lucy also named a daughter Lucinda "Lucy" Swaim, who married Aaron Aquilla Bryant. In my early research looking at Lucy Swaim Bryant death certificate revealed Jay was her father with no mother listed.
A few years later, it appeared that someone had wrote in her mother as Carrie Morgan.
Yadkin County Death records in the orginal form, are available to the public, and anyone can (but should not) make changes.
