Hello,
I am searching for relatives of four brothers who fought in the civil war...all lived in the Watauga County area...David Calvin Davis and Harvey A. Davis both fought for 1st North Carolina Calvary...William S. Davis and Elbert Davis fought for the 58th North Carolina Infantry. All survived the war, and lived in Western North Carolina afterward. Their father was James Davis who married Delpha Mahaffa. Thanks in advance for any help or information anyone might know...
