I’m trying to find information on my grandfather’s family. He was William J.F.Moore born in November of 1862,in NC. (African American) He was a Methodist minister in NC. (The last address that I have is in Gladden Street, Washington NC). He was married twice; his first wife was Mary Murphy or Mary Boon Murphy and his second wife being Lula. I can give you information on some of his decedents. Same of his son names are: William C. Moore, (I believe that William C. Moore move it to live in Chicago or New York in the 40’s or the 50’s) Vivian Moore (she had a daughter called Velma who went to study to the Withon College), Elmer Moore, (my grandfather), he was a musician, Henry Moore, and Bill Moore, all son of the first marriage.
