Hi,

What do you know of the Jones family of Orange and Wake Cos.? I have a Martha Jones, parents unknown, born bef. 1738, married Benjamin Blake and was deceased before her husband who died 09 Apr 1783. My assumption she is a Jones is due to her first son being named Jones Blake.

Her grandson, Thomas Holloway, moved to AR. and nearby them is a Ridley Jones who married a Holloway. In the Clark Co., AR. History quarterly a few years back there is an article about the Ridley's and Kimbroughs and their connection to the Jones' in Clark Co. All of this is just rambling, I'm afraid, but it's about all I have to go on. Do you have anything to help? When I did a search for Ridley Jones your post popped up! :-(

Ann
