Moores in Wake County NC 1850-1900

Looking for information on the family of Charles Moore and Elizabeth Carroll who were in Granville County NC from 1850-1870. They lived very close to the Granville/Wake county line. Their two sons, William Rial and Lemuel, were married in Wake County in 1851 and 1852. William Rial married Martha Wadford in 1852 and Lemuel married her sister Mary in 1851. Lemuel died in the Civil War. Need information on Mary and their children after 1870 or any information on the Moores in Wake County in this time frame. Thanks.
Eunice Boucher
