At this point NO. these Warren of Wake Co., NC were coming out of Johnston & Orange Co., NC
In 1771 Wake was created from Johnston, Cumberland & Orange, NC I even found a marriage record on one of them in Orange Co., NC Ridley Warren he was born 1800 and married Francis "Fanny" Pollard February 10, 1811 Orange Co., North Carolina.
This was a very small group of families that seem to have also come out of Johnston Co., NC. as you can see they started coming into Wake Co., very early below is what I found in the Census & Wills and inventory book 1802-1812 Vol 11
