There is a very old Stephenson Cemetary located on Lake Wheeler Road in Raleigh/Garner area. Some of the tombstones are from the early 1800's. There are also several Stephensons in a cemetary at a church at the McCuller's Crossroads area of Garner on 401 South. There is an old Stephenson Homeplace located on Fayetteville Road in Raleigh(401 South). The house was built around 1830 and is still occupied although I believe that the Stephenson's now rent it out. The last Stephenson's to live there were a Mattie Stephenson and her brother Donald(deaf/mute). I hope some of this info might be helpful.
