Benjamin Jones family, early 1800s

I am seeking information on the Benjamin Jones family who were living in Wake County, NC in 1804, having come there from Bute/Warren County, NC. He was the son of John Jones and brother to Adam Jones, a Revolutionary War soldier. Any information on this family or descendents will be appreciated.
