Hooks Plantation in Goldsboro, Wayne NC

Does anyone know whether the old Hooks plantation is still standing north of Goldsboro,Wayne Co., NC, built in the 1700s. It was there in 1954 when I visited the place and took pictures. Probably built by William Hooks, 1740 m. Dorcus Blake. The home was two stories, many fireplaces, constructed of wood boards, with no imposing front porch, which may have collapsed over the years. William died 7 August 1820 and is in the 1800 Census Records of Wayne Co., NC.

Would appreciate any info regarding this ancient Hooks homestead.
Thanks, Janice Frost
