Hello,

I believe that I am descended from William Bennett and his wife Susan Carpenter through their son Emory Bennett. They are believed to have lived in Wake County, North Carolina. I would like to have any information you may have on this family. I would especially like to have any information on William Bennett's service in the Revolutionary War. There are several William Bennett's from North Carolina to serve in the war and there is a good chance my William Bennett is one of them.

William's dad was Thomas Bennett and his mother was Prudence Roberts.
