Bastardy Bonds for all counties in North Carolina are housed at the State Archives in Raleigh. If you can go there or know someone who can do it for you, it will only cost you for printing. If not, you can request a copy. Read how on their website:

(Note to anyone else reading these posts) Almost all records at the Archives are by county, so you have to know the county to search for a record.
