My grandmother and her brother George Wesley Harris must have been close as when I was a child, their family were at my grandmothers home about every Sunday. Her sister Ollie Harris Renn's family was well known by me. I knew her sons Carl and Clifton very well. Carl Renn's son Malcolm "Butch" Renn and I were buddies. We fished and dipped in the ponds around the Renn farm which was about two miles from my home. I even worked several years with his father Clifton "Cliff" Renn who worked with my father for a couple decades building houses in Henderson,NC.
