Virginia born Benjamin Henderson (1777-aft 1860) married Phoebe McCurry (1790-aft 1850) of Rutherford Co., NC in 1809. They lived in Burke/Rutherford Co. area and moved to the Henderson/Transylvania County, NC area in the 1820's. Their children were:
