Micajah Clark, Magistrate in Surry County, 1770s & 1780s

I'm looking for any information at all about Micajah Clark who was a Magistrate in Surry County in the 1770s and '80s.

In applications for Bounty Land and a Widow's Pension, Aditha CLARK HORTON stated she and her husband, Abraham HORTON,Jr. were married on 28 December 1777 in Surry County by "Kajah" CLARK, Esqr., Magistrate. In one of these applications Aditha also states her name before marriage was CLARK.

I've run across another instance of Micajah CLARK performing a marriage as Magistrate; this one between Nancy SHIPP and John MARTIN in Surry County in 1784.

Any information about Micajah CLARK will be most helpful.

Thank you!
