i hope this link works-
i am not researching Chappells actually the Ball family of North Carolina and i am Looking for the parents of James Ball and maiden name of his wife Elizabeth,
but than they moved to GA,AL, and TN.
a WM Ball was in Chappells district on the 1820 Census, so i was hoping maybe there was a REV War connection to the Ball's and Chappells and could find out about this Wm Ball's children but i too did not find a Chappell in Rev War records, need to research the Ball's in the war.

thanks
Kristina
