I am looking for any living relatives of Lola Hinson, who was born on December 5, 1901 and died in Elkin in June 1982. She was married to D.C. Hinson, and was the mother of Army Air Corps Sergeant James A. Hinson of Greensboro, who was lost on January 25, 1944 on the same aircraft as my uncle, 1st Lt. Irwin G. Zaetz. Sgt. Hinson, Lt. Zaetz and all the rest of the 8-member crew were declared MIA and eventually presumed dead. Recently, the wreckage of this aircraft was found, along with human remains, in northeast India. I am trying to locate any living relatives of Mrs. Hinson, so as to give them this news.
