Ann you can get a copy of the marriage bond from the NC archives in Raleigh NC. They do have a website with how to order. If you are a NC resident you only have to pay the cost of the copy which is $2. There is a $20 fee for out of state folks.

You can also get a copy from the Register of Deeds office in Surry Co NC
