Gravesite for John and or Lovice Manuel

I thought perhaps anyone who is familiar with the Snow Creek District of Stokes Co. NC might know of any cemetaries there. My ancestor, John Manuel, died there in 1850. His wife, Lovice Manuel, died sometime between 1850-1860. They lived in the Snow Creek District most of their lives, so I am sure they would be buried there someplace. Whether or not they had headstones is questionable. However, if anyone might know anything about where this couple is buried, i would appreciate your help.
