Snow Creek District Cemetaries

My 3rd great-grandparents lived and died in the Snow Creek District of Stokes Co. NC. My 3rd great grandfather, John Manuel, died in very late 1850, leaving his widow, Elizabeth (Lovice) Manuel. I would like to know if anyone knows of cemetaries in the Snow Creek District? I don't know how much later Lovice died but it was before 1860. I am sure she would have been buried with her husband. Any help would be appreciated.
