I've hit a stone wall with my GGGgrandfather and Grandmother. Franklin James and wife Tabitha ?(Thomas). They both died here in stokes county. And I first found them in the 1860 Census of Carroll county Va. All census state that she was born in Va. and Him in Nc. Have had no luck in locating either's birth . I feel sure they are buried in the Anthony Graveyard in stokes where their son Willis and his wife Mary Ida Burrows are buried. The census states a Nancy Brown living with them. Any help would be appricated. They also had a daughter named Nancy Jane. Thanks
