Thanks again for all the information, Lina. It is difficult to do this research so far from homebase, as you well know living in Arkansas. I live in Germany so that makes research even more difficult.

I believe Levi K. Honeycutt, a son of Dempsey, is the uncle of my John Honeycutt, who is a son of George Washington Honeycutt. If you have ANY info on any connections George has to the other Honeycutts, I would GREATLY appreciate it. He is a mystery. I wonder what connection Joshua Honeycutt, the boy living with Geo Cagle, Jr., has, if any, to my John? Was he yet another George Cagle "love child"?

I read someplace that that George's wife Elizabeth was a Whitley. Do you have any info on this, Lina?

As far as I know at this moment, Lina, none of the families in your post script are in my family. That's almost miraculous. Furrs and Burris's were so prolific, weren't they?

I'm glad we're maintaining this exchange in this forum. Past messages have helped me so much. Thanks again for your help, Lina!
