Samuel and Sampson are buried in the Cemetery off Old Sandbar Road. The DAR ladies have been out there as part of a cemetery project they're working on, and there is a photo of Samuel Hinson's grave stone from this trip in the library (also in the heritage book there). I'm not sure about the first Hinson, but I will look through my stuff when I get back home (I'm currently in school away from home) in a couple weeks. Are you local to Stanly County? If so, the library has some neat material, and I'd also be interested to know what information you have on Samuel Hinson (and I can share with you too!). Regards!! Lauren
