Betty, I am very interested in the Criscoe info. Henry Carver b.1810 NC married Margaret Criscoe b.1825 in Stanley Co. NC. Also, John B. Carver b.1897 (I believe he's a brother to Henry but not proven yet) married Lydia Criscoe b.1831. I am researching these two couples and, in particular, would like to know if Margaret Criscoe is the mother of ALL the children on the 1850 census or just the last couple of girls on the 1860 census? If I could find a marriage record for Henry and Margaret it would help.
