Will post the first generation of JOHN M. ROGERS and ANNA MACKINS to clerify the records for them . . .
1. JOHN M.5 ROGERS (JOHN4, JAMES3, JAMES2, UNKNOWN1 ROGERS/RODGERS) was born January 08, 1812 in Montgomery County, North Carolina, and died September 20, 1847 in Stanly County, North Carolina. He married ANNA MACKINS September 10, 1832. She was born 1815 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, and died Unknown.
( Anna Mackins Rogers later married GREEN PALMER after the death of her first husband, JOHN M. ROGERS b. 1812 who d. 1847 in Stanly Co. NC ) ..

John died Sept. 20, 1847 age 35 yrs. 8 mo. 12 da.
He jointed the ME Church in early life, and embraced religion in the same and lived a faithful Class leader until death. (Has a poem on stone)
Daniel D. Rogers 03 Jul 1841 - 19 Jul 1862 age 21 yrs 16 da.
Margaret E. Frick, his wife 25 May 1840 age about 28 yrs. (died 14 May 1869 - from bible - L. O. Burris)
Amey Hatley wife of Simeon Hatley was born Julyary the 7 day 1802 departed this life November 12 AD 1848
Mary R. dau. of J. H. and R. L. Rogers died 04 Jun 1862 age 3 yrs 13 da.
Wm. Hatley died 21 Jaul 1876 (broken stone)
