Hey Ben,

I've been following Paul Barringer's bro Charles Barringer in Rowan, NC. I'm almost sure their father is Nicholas Barringer who m. Christianna Byler in 1794. Paul's mother Christianna lives with him and family.

Paul is in the 1830 and 1840 Rowan, NC census next to my Charles. Father Nicholas lives nearby (the last I see of him), and their aunt Katherine & cousins live in the same area.

Paul Barringer m. Luvina Miller in 1830 Rowan, NC (signed by Charles Barringer). But Luvina and Sarah don't look to be the same lady. (Maybe he remarried to finally get a son- didn't seem to work!) More details on Christine Byler's family is on the Gen forum for Barringer family- and "Peeler" family.

Good Luck,
Lynn Stone
