Susan Easley is listed in both the 1850 and 1860 census of Stanly Co. NC and she was age 60 in both listings. In 1860 Lewis FARMER age 13 was living with her.
She left a will dated 15 January 1864. This was abstracted from microfilm by Lucille Koontz, history librarian at Stanly Co. library.

Will of Susan EASLEY
Sound mind but knowing uncertainty of life.
To my daugher ELIZABETH KIAKER and her heirs, my grand son JOHN A. BLAYLOCK and his heirs, my grand daughter MARY SUSAN McSWAIN and her heirs: each to inherit one third of proceeds of public sale of all my property real and personal after just debts paid. If JOHN A. BLAYLOCK dies without issue before estate settlement his third to be equally divided between daughter Elizabeth KIAKER and grand daughter Mary Susan MCSWAIN and her heirs.
Executor: John W. Smith of Stanly County.
Witnesses: A. J. Green, M. W. EASLEY
Signed: Susan X Easley
Probate: No information given (Mrs. KOONTZ made note Feb. 1864) So I think she looked at the record in the courthouse.
MILLER EASLEY is listed in the 1850 and 1860 Stanly Co. census as MILLER W. EASLEY age 42 farmer. So think he is the witness M.W. Easley. His wife in 1850 was listed as Frances age 39. I have made a note by her name that she was the daughter of John and Martha SNUGGS. I can't remember where I got this information. It may possibly be from Stanly Co. Genealogical Soceity Journal. I have subscribed to it for several years now. Children listed with them are William 19, John 16, Henry 14, Mary 12, James 8, Sarah 5, Delpha 3 and Warham 4/12 (4 months)
In 1860 census household 339-40
McSWAIN, A(lexander) W. 30, Mary S. 21, Lewis J. 6, Sallie A. 4, David 1, Priscilla 2, Martha 18 farm laborer Mary Susan BLAYLOCK and Alex'r McSwain were married 05 Dec 1852 in Stanly Co. NC Book I page 6 by W. Allen, JP
EASLEY, Miller W. 53 laborer, Francis 40, James 18, Dolphy 14 male, Warren 10, Robt. 8, Richmond 4
This is not the same Francis from 1850 because I found a marriage for him later:
EASLEY, M. W. to Francis KENDALL 22 Dec 1857 by John W. Smith, JP Book I page 25
Don't know if this fits what you had posted. Hope it helps.
