I don't know if this will help you or not, but I found an Andrew McNabb in the Tryon (Rutherford) County Minutes of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions. He is listed in October Term 1769 and October Term 1772 in which he and his wife Margaret sold land to John Alston. I believe Andrew is somehow related to the John, David, and Baptist McNabb you mentioned, although I haven't figured it out yet. My Wilkinsons were from Rutherford County NC moved to TN ca. 1824. My 3rd great aunt Kesiah Wilkinson married Loaman McNabb 1825 somewhere in TN. I believe Loaman's father was named Baptist based on his son's name. Hope you can use this info.
