I have found a Martin Workman listed in the Rutherford County, NC militia in 1838. There is a possibility this is the Martin Workman I have been looking for. My Martin's first wife was named Martha, last name Head or Adcock. He settled in Caldwell County, KY sometime after 1850 after living in GA and possibly AL. He was originally from NC. In a KY census there was a Davis nephew living in his household. I have information regarding his children. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has any info regarding Martin Workman.
