Martin Elliott - Rev. War soldier

Looking for any background information on the burial site of MARTIN ELLIOTT.

This grave is located in the pasture, upon the hill, (across from Ingles) at the intersection of 226 and 74-west here in Cleveland Co.

My research has shown the possibility of others buried in this location in unmarked graves which have relations to the Elliotts of Rutherford Co. Can anyone shed some light on this subject? Could this have been an old homeplace of this family?

There is rumor of a new Home Depot being built on this site in the near future. Therefore, there would be a removal of the body, or bodies, which now rest in peace.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
