Susan M. Hill Young Frady married secondly in Rutherford Co. on 18 Nov., license dated 12 Nov. 1915 L.R. Frady of Rutherfordton (Luke R. Frady). The marriage license shows her as aged 53, daughter of James and Tabitha Hill. She was born 16 Aug. 1863 and died 2 Oct. 1942 and is buried at Laurel Hill.
The license for the second marriage clearly shows her surname as Young.
Luke Robertson Frady was born 1 May 1844 and died 1 Oct. 1918. His parents were Azariah B. Frady and Sarah Robertson (b. ca. 1819). I don't know Sarah's parentage, but she seems likely to have been a daughter of Luke Robinson/Robertson of Rutherford Co.
Luke Frady's son by his first marriage (to Anna Matilda Bartlett), John Bartlett Frady (b. July 1865) mar. Elizabeth Jane Rober(t)son (12 Feb. 1856-18 Dec. 1944). She was a daughter of Drury Robertson (b. ca. 1813 - d. aft. 1880) and Elizabeth Hill (mar. 1840). Drury seems to have been a son of John and Maneme Robertson, but details to put it all together are lacking. I have not been able to determine Elizabeth's parents, but she may have been a daughter of James Hill Jr.
John B. and Elizabeth J. (Robertson) Frady's son John Bartlett Jr. mar. Lora Mae Bradley (2 May 1890 - 18 Sep. 1965), daughter of James Howard Bradley and Martha Matilda (Criswell).
There are lots of surnames in common, but no clear answers...
