There appears to be a volunteer on the Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness network for Rutherford Co, NC - indicates that she owns or has access to 40-50 book/periodicals for that county. Perhaps she can help.

Also, it appears that the Rutherford County NC Library has this book in their collection. Perhaps if you contact the library they would do a look-up for you.
