I'm hoping you might be able to help in a recent finding.
I have a documents that include Jacob and Frederick Money as witnesses.

Page 320: DAVID STANLEY – DEED. In Mecklenburg County, NC on August 3, 1764, DAVID STANLEY and his wife HANNAH STANLEY executed a deed to John Moore consideration 61 pounds of proclamation money, to 200 acres of land on the North side of the Catawba River, part of the William Watson grant, patented February 28, 1754, which William Watson had conveyed to Benjamin Hardin, who in turn sold the same by deed to DAVID STANLEY. Deed signed by
DAVID STANLEY and HANNAH STANLEY and witnessed by Jacob Money, Frederick Money & John Low. Book 7, p. 20 Harris Records. Notation says “this land now in Gaston County”.
We recently discovered that this David Stanley and wife Hannah were the parents of our Catherine, wife of Jacob McCarty of Stewart Co, TN. We've also been able to prove with both documents in NC, GA, and TN that this Jacob is the son of Daniel & Agnes McCarty of the Tryon/Mecklenburg/Lincoln Counties of NC, and not the Jacob McCarty who married Mary Morrow.
It has been my experience that normally when a wife is included in a deed, that at least one of the witnesses is a relative of this wife, there to insure her interests are protected. Have you found a Hannah in your Jacob or Frederick Money family?
Also a grandson, Daniel Kelly, son of John Kelly is mentioned in the will of Daniel McCarty, but the name of his daughter, wife of John Kelly is not mentioned. These Kellys went to GA with the McCartys.
