Walker Family of Rutherford County, NC

Looking for information on James L. Walker, born about 1811, died 1848 in Rutherford County, NC. He married Rebecca Johnston in 1831 in Rutherford County. DNA testing has placed us in the family of John Walker b. 1747 and died 1826 in Rutherford County, NC. I think James' father was George Walker. In 1825, Jeremiah Walker, as agent for George Walker of Carter County, Tennessee sold land in Rutherford County, NC. One clue is that in 1830 there was an Ansil Walker in Carter County, Tennessee and that part of Carter County became Johnson County, Tennessee. Did George Walker move to Carter County and then move back to Rutherford County by 1830? Another clue is that James L. Walker named one of his sons, Ansil Walker. James' widow moved to Union County, Georgia about 1853. The only son named in the will of John Walker was Jeremiah Walker. Jeremiah Walker lived and died in the Cane Creek area of Rutherford County, NC. Would love to share information.
