Sandy, the information we are seeking is available from the Genealogical Society of Old Tryon County. W. D. Floyd's research is available on CD's. The link is: Can you tell me what Hamricks you are connected to in Rutherford? My Grandmother was Dovie Hamrick and her parents were Chesley Hamrick and Sarah Green. Sarah was first married to Chesley's brother, Eli and she is buried between the two at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Rutherford, NC. I would love to see if we are kin....I bet we are!
