There is a William Hicks listed in the Tabb's Creek district of Granville County, NC in 1790. Also listed there is Thomas Johnson. Both names are listed as men that went with Daniel Boone to cut a road to Kentucky in 1775. Are Boone's men in Granville in 1790?
