Below is my ancestry from the above titled families in the Subject line. If anyone has any information on any of them. I would appreciate if you could supply any missing informatin that I have left out. These families were mostly living in Polk and Rutherford Counties, NC.

was the d/o John Edwards 1). Annie Huntsinger
Rufus Waldrop m. Julia Phillips
Robert Lee Waldrop m. Margaret Shehan
Blanche Waldrop m. James Parkhill

Now John Edwards who married 1). Annie Huntsinger was also married to Jane Littlejohn
They had John Wesley Edwards who also married a Martha Matilda Littlejohn. They had 11 children: James Franklin Edwards, May L. Edwards, George Edwards, John Henry Edwards, Ollie Edwards, John Alberta Edwards, Ramah Edwards Robert Ladson Edwards, Joe Taylor Edwards and Alphonso (Fonce) Avery Edwards.
Alphonso (Fonce) Avery Edwards was married Carrie Shehan the sister to Margaret Shehan above.
Now I have come to a conclusion with everything in perspective. John Wesley Edwards was a half brother to Elizabeth Edwards above. Then Rufus Waldrop was a first half cousin to John Wesley Edwards. Then Robert Lee Waldrop was 2nd half cousin to Alphonso Edwards who married Carrie Shehan. Carrie Shehan was also Robert's sister in law. Then they had a several children namely Maggie Edwards who in turn married a Jordan.
Therefore my mother was a First cousin to Maggie Edwards through the Shehan family and a third half cousin through the Edwards family. I am a second cousin to Maggie Edwards children and a fourth half cousin to them also.
