My grandparents George Rollins Taylor and Nancy Lavada Hudgins had their first child, Olen Verno Taylor in 1902. According to all records I can find, the next child Estus (Ester) Taylor was born in 1910. They then had four more children, born 1912, 1915, 1917, and 1919. It seems strange to me that in those days there was such a large gap between child #1 and child #2. My grandparents, mother and her siblings are all either dead or in no condition to answer questions. I'm just wondering if the 1910 census shows any other children. They lived in the area of Rutherford County called Red Top.
