HISTORIC MEADOWBROOK CEMETERY, LUMBERTON, ROBESON CO NC
A Walk through Meadowbrook, is a new publication which contains thousands of grave-marker inscriptions of all interments prior to December 31st, 2009 in the historic Meadowbrook Cemetery which is located in Lumberton, Robeson County, North Carolina. Published by the Robeson County Genealogical Society, it is now available to the public. This 248-page, 8.5x11-inch book also contains short biographies and personal photos submitted by descendants and relatives, along with a brief history & photos of the cemetery, and is indexed by surname. The cemetery contains remains dating back to the year 1813.
The book will be for sale in the Genealogy Room of the Lumberton library Thursday July 22nd from 4pm-7pm, Saturday 24th July from 10am-2pm, and Tuesday 27th July from 4pm-7pm. Supplies are limited.
Cost is $24.95 each. Make checks payable to RCGS. Mail orders to RCGS, 133 N. May Street, St Pauls NC 28384. If books are to be mailed to purchaser, cost will be $29.95.
