Hi Donna,

I don't have my info organized and don't know how to go back to retrieve stuff. I organized it via the "A;ice Powell" tree I created. Charity Regney? looks like yet another Charity in that area. I'm glad to see John Giles popping up there. I had earlier guessed that he may well have been the father of Mary Giles, mother of Jacob Falconbury (various spellings). Jacob married Charity (last name unknown), who theoretically was the source of my U5 mtDNA haplotype. John Giles was said to be from Johnston County, NC. (All this is off the top of my head).

I had a HVR1+HVR2 match (rather rare for my combination of mutations) to someone at the Sorenson website, and I created a tree from what little family tree info was given. I managed, via Ancestry, to trace it back to Jamestown. Anyway, I came up with two female branches from which this haplotype radiated: Elizabeth Warren-Walker and Alice Warren-Marriott. I've been trying to connect Charity with one branch or the other, but haven't been able to. It looks like both branches were there in the Anson-Richmond County area.
