I am researching my great aunt, Pat LeGrand Boyd's, husband, William Kenneth Boyd. I would appreciate any data or info concerning his birth in 1879, the place of his marriage to Pat LeGrand of Rockingham, NC on Dec. 22, 1908, his siblings or his parents. He was born in Curryville, Mo. to Rev. Harvey Marshall and Mary Elizabeth Black BOYD. His father was of Scottish descent and his mother was from a Virginia family of English descent. He took an A.B. degree in 1897 and a M. A. degree in 1898 from Trinity College, later know as Duke University. His Ph. D. degree was from Columbia University in 1906. Please contact me at mrsleg@aol.com with any help for further helpful sites.
