Hi Bruce The earliest recordsI have been able to locate on Constants in N.C.is George Constant. George was born in S.C. in 1807 and moved to Polk/Rutherford County. I am not aware of a Polk Cty Heritage book. If you shold locate one please let me know. I would like to exchange information on the Constant/Constance family.
