Hi Jo I have a possible connection. John Wesley Edwards Sr about 1795 married Sarah Henderson, daughter of William Henderson. This William Hendersons Will was dated 15 Jun 1851 and probated in Rutherford County N.C.in 1853. It is probably only be a coincidence but this William Henderson had a grand daughter named Ella who was born to John Wesley Edwards Jr b.3 April 1839-d.26 Jan 1908 and Cathrine Wade b.1 April 1834- d.22 Jan 1903 These are all Polk/ Rutherford Co folks.
