Cedar Swamp/Cypress Branch/Swift Creek

I am trying to determine where Joel and Warren Braxton’s land was located. From their early 1800 deeds I know their land was located in Pitt County adjacent to Swift Creek. Also mentioned in their deeds is Cedar Swamp and Cypress Branch. I know from other records that most likely this was in the Winterville area near Reedy Branch Cemetery. I have reviewed all of the old maps at the North Carolina Archives in Raleigh and neither is mentioned on any of the maps. From US Geology Waterway and Topo Maps I know the course Swift Creek follows. Does anyone know where either Cedar Swamp or Cypress Branch is located?
